Accessibility Statement
We believe everyone should be able to use our website with dignity, confidence and independence.
Our approach
We try to design and maintain our website so it is clear, simple and easy to use. We aim to support keyboard navigation, readable text, meaningful headings, good colour contrast, descriptive links and alternative text for images wherever reasonably possible.
What we are improving
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As our website grows, we will continue improving accessibility, fixing issues that are reported and considering recognised accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Known limitations
Some older documents, third-party content, embedded videos, maps or social media feeds may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the website. We will improve or replace these where reasonably practical.
Need information in another format?
If you need information in a larger font, plain language, accessible PDF or another suitable format, please contact us. We will do our best to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable time.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you experience difficulty using this website, please let us know. Helpful information includes the page you were visiting, the device and browser you were using and a short description of the problem.
