Leader Management

Assign and manage operational leaders only within your authorised level and geographic scope. Every action is checked again by the backend.

1. Find a person

Search a verified active My MF account before assigning leadership.

2. Assign leadership

Only roles your current authority can appoint will be shown.

National Lead can appoint Division and District Leads. Division Lead can appoint District Leads only in their division. District Lead can appoint Area Leads only in their district. Chairperson/Super Admin has foundation-wide authority.

Blood Donation Partner Organisations

Chairperson / Super Admin can add and maintain organisations that collaborate with the MF Blood Donation Recognition system. Inactive organisations will not appear in the future donor dropdown.

Add Partner Organisation

Add the organisation details below. You can edit these later without changing historical donation records.

Optional. Add the organisation's authorised logo URL. Logo use on certificates can be enabled separately.

Assign Partner Blood Donation Approver

Search a verified active MF ID holder and assign them to this partner organisation.

Each partner organisation has one active Partner Blood Donation Approver. Assigning a different person automatically ends the previous assignment but keeps the history.
“Melandah Foundation / Direct Donation” remains the built-in MF option and is not added here as a partner. Partner records are retained for audit; use Inactive instead of deleting an organisation.
