Programme Management

Create and manage only the programme levels and geographic scope authorised by your current role. Programme participants may come from any district; programme scope controls management authority, not participant eligibility.

Managed programmes

Archive removes a programme from active use but never deletes linked applications, attendance, service hours or certificates.

Create programme

A simple programme record that remains compatible with the existing application, participation and certificate registers.

Competition participation carries 0 service hours and uses the Participant role.
Website visibility is finally controlled by Chairperson/Super Admin. Geographic leaders can prepare cover/public details and request publication, but cannot publish themselves.

Programme applications

Select a programme you manage. Applicants can be approved regardless of their home district.

Attendance & service hours

Only approved participants appear here. PRESENT automatically receives the programme default service hours. PARTIAL can receive reduced hours.

Competition management

Configure submissions and appoint Judges for Competition-type programmes. Judges must have an active, verified MF ID. Judge appointments are programme-specific.

Certificates

Issue from confirmed attendance, certificate requests, or manually add a non-MF-ID recipient. All certificates use the existing central Certificates register, number, QR and verification output.

Use the same identity details as the certificate request form so the certificate can be matched later if the person creates an MF ID.
